Here are a couple of the first painted flights in our ~Secret Garden Aviaries~.  I never dreamed I would have to start over, but a very big Weeping Willow tree accident occurred and we had to rebuild some of the flights.  I took this rebuilding opportunity to take step by step photos of the process.

I like to use the 1/2" x 3" wire cages from the  California Cage Works company.  These flights are 8 ft long, 4 ft. wide and 7 1/2 ft. tall.  This type of set up allows me to break down a flight and move it if needed.  All flights have red cement bricks floor and a clear plastic roofing.
Samantha and I have built every flight on our own.  We hope to have all the flights completed  by late Fall 2000.
